What is the minimum order?
Minimum order is just 1 carton, a carriage fee for delivery mainland UK of £15.00 will be charged for orders under £500.00. Delivery is free to mainland UK for orders over £500.00.
How much will it cost to export my order?
Send us your order through and we will quote you a delivery price which will show on your order confirmation
Can I arrange my own collection?
Yes, you can arrange your own collection from our depot. Please let us know the name of your carrier so that we can arrange the necessary release documents.
Can I mix different styles inside one carton?
Sorry no, cartons cannot be mixed.
How do I open an account?
It’s easy. Just send us your order, our accounts department will then run a credit check with our insurers. Depending on the outcome on the credit check will determine your payment terms.
Can I sell your product on Amazon?
Our product cannot be sold on Amazon
Is your product hazardous?
No our product is not hazardous and is accepted for transportation by sea and road. Please check with your airline for airfreight.

The age restriction for Christmas Crackers 12 years.
